Who is S.A.G.E.?
SAGE is an artist advocacy organization, focusing our efforts around building a culture and thriving ecosystem for the arts in Brown County, WI. We meet to communicate opportunities, develop programming led by artists to engage the community, and offer peer to peer mentorship as it pertains to creative entrepreneurship. There is no fee to be a member of SAGE; we value talents and the purpose that each person brings to our organization. Founded in 2017, SAGE is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit determined to be accessible to all, fostering a vibrant arts culture that represents the diversity of our Midwestern city.
Support Your Creative Community
SAGE oversees a studio in the heart of downtown Green Bay. Located at 225 N Washington St, we aren’t the easiest to find, but we planned it that way. Whether you’re stopping in for a meeting, Open Studio, our “One Night Only” exhibits, or any other special event, we want you to be visiting with clear intention.
Monetary donations are always greatly appreciated. First and foremost, they keep our doors open, and they also allow us to engage the community with artistic events, showcase artists and creatives throughout the community, and purchase specific supplies needed to keep our organization thriving.
SAGE also gladly accepts art supply donations. If you’re looking to get rid of those art supplies gathering dust on the shelves, send us an email, or visit us during Open Studio Nights, the third Tuesday of every month, from 530-8pm.
This is the FINAL YEAR for our signature Toy Maker’s Fundraiser!
More than 200 stuffed animals designed by local artists have been added to the world over the years because of our ONLY annual fundraiser. With this year’s artists chosen and their animals identified, be on the lookout over the next few months as we prepare for the 5th (and final!) Toy Maker’s Fundraiser, on exhibit at the Neville Public Museum 11/23-12/13.
How to get to our studio at 130 E. Walnut St ( inside the Bellin Building)…
The Bellin Building is located at the corner of E. Walnut St. and Washington St. in Downtown Green Bay. The entrance to the building faces Washington St…
…you will enter through the main doors and go straight to the elevator, located just past the Nightly Buzz…
…take the elevator to the 6th floor and once off, go straight and then turn left until you reach near the end of the hallway and we are #601 on the left.
Our Studio may be small, but it has been home
